How is Praeva different from my regular doctor?
Conventional visits are often 15 minutes and built around managing symptoms. Praeva is built around finding the root cause — deeper testing, real time to talk, and a care plan written specifically for you. We look at the whole picture, not one number at a time.
Do you offer telehealth? What states do you serve?
Care is delivered entirely through secure telehealth. Praeva is currently licensed to work with Florida residents, with plans to expand. Your Discovery Call, visits, and care plan all happen online — no commute required.
What conditions do you work with?
Metabolic and weight concerns, gut and digestive issues, thyroid and energy, cholesterol and heart health, autoimmune conditions, hormones, and longevity. If you’re not sure whether you’re a fit, that’s exactly what the Discovery Call is for.
How does the process work?
It starts with your Discovery Call. If we’re a good fit, the next step is a comprehensive root-cause assessment with advanced labs, followed by a personalized six-month program with regular check-ins and plan adjustments along the way.
How long until I see results?
Everyone’s different, but many patients notice meaningful changes within the first few months as we address what’s actually driving their symptoms. Lasting results come from steady, guided progress — not quick fixes.
Does insurance cover this?
Praeva is a membership-based practice and doesn’t bill insurance directly, which is what lets us spend real time on your care. We can provide documentation you may submit to your insurer or HSA/FSA. Pricing is shared openly before you ever commit.
Can I keep working with my current doctor?
Absolutely. Praeva is designed to complement your existing care, not replace it. Many patients keep their primary doctor and specialists while we focus on the root-cause work alongside them.
